The weather was against us with such unexpected amounts of snow but, your phone call prior to the wedding day, reassuring us that you would be there, no matter what, put us at ease. You arrived on the day early, having already found the church and yourself and your son and the cars were fantastic! The cars looked magnificent with ribbons and were comfortable and lovely and warm, which was a blessing on such a cold day. Nothing was too much trouble for you, we felt like royalty for the day and we cannot thank you enough. Our day was so lovely, your friendly and professional service and superb driving skills on such treacherous roads helped to make it perfect. I couldn’t recommend you highly enough to others I will do so to all that will listen. We thank you so much for everything you did for us and wish you continued success in the future.

I wanted to write to you to pass on our gratitude for your involvement in our wedding on May 8th. I can only apologise for the delayed response - it has been a complete whirl the past 3 months. We contacted you very close to the event and you came through with fantastic service, both during the organisation required on email, and at the event itself. The car, the ribbons (and indeed the driver) looked absolutely fabulous and I was very conscious of how difficult your job must be, as you deal with everyone at their most nervous! You had worked out all the timings very accurately and from what I hear from the bridesmaids, and as well as from my experience, you made the journeys both interesting and fun. Thank you so much and please feel free to use this response in any marketing material you may produce. I also have several photos that have been taken of you driving the bridesmaids in the car and of the wedding party stood by the car and I would be happy to send you copies if you think they may be useful in the future.
We cannot recommend your services highly enough, will always think of you if there are any opportunities to use your services again. I actually saw you driving through Ross last week with the ribbons flying and thought - what a lucky girl you have inside!

Just wanted to drop you a note now we are somewhat back to normal, to thank you for the lovely wedding car service on our wedding on Sunday 2nd of May. The car was beautiful and all clean and polished so lovingly with the beautiful ribbon. The effort you put in to having the car, and yourself, so spick and span was much appreciated. We are writing to say thank you for getting the bride to the church on time and for driving us up to the Tythe Barn at Tetbury. You have a beautiful car and we thoroughly enjoyed the luxury. It was a real treat to arrive in style and is a lovely memory of our big day. We could have done with you at Heathrow on our return from our honeymoon, when our car broke down and we ended up travelling back to Bristol in a breakdown truck! A slightly different experience.
